God never intended for man to be an island unto himself.
By design, we are unable to
clearly see everything about ourselves. This drives us to dependency upon
both God and our fellow man. Godly counselors are like mirrors that allow
us to see things (both good and bad) about ourselves from an objective and
Godly point of view-things that we cannot see on our
own. This allows us to safely grow and reach to our full potential in the
Kingdom.
